| Job Essentials: |
|
- Shall evolve a plan for
HR Management and development
(including recruitment and
selection policy/practices,
contracts, training and development,
succession planning, morale
and motivation, culture and
attitudinal development, performance
appraisals and quality management
issues - add others if relevant)
.
- Evolve HR process, forms,
templates and help in implementation
of the same.
- Shall plan and design recruitment
and selection policy for the
ongoing recruitment process,
which also shall include liaison
with the technical team to
understand the needs and process
to ensure that the objectives
of the organization are met.
- Shall counsel the employees
and understand the grievance
and undertake research on
the same
- Shall evolve methodologies
and innovations to make working
atmosphere employee friendly
- Shall evolve methodologies
in compensation & benefit
administration.
- Shall evolve retention
plans and reduce manpower
turnover.
- Shall establish appropriate
systems in measuring performance
across all levels and all
departments.
- Shall help design cost
effective measures to handle
HR Department.
- Shall evolve induction,
training and growth plan for
employees with appropriate
systems, formats to monitor
and measure its effectiveness.
- Shall identify skills and
competencies required to chalk
out the career growth of employees.
- Shall build and motivate
the employees to increase
the morale.
- Shall assist in adhering
to all statutory compliances,
legal, health and safety,
environmental policies.
- Provide suitable inputs
to directors, managers and
staff within the organization
on new improvised developmental
activities.

| Pre -requisites
|
|
- MBA/ MSW/ PG Diploma in
Human Resource management
from premier Institute / University
with 2 years of experience
in IT / ITES industry.
- Good Understanding about
Business practices.
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
- Experienced in using MS
Word, MS Excel , MS Outlook
and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership capabilities
- able to self motivate and
drive the team.
